Drawing from over 30 years of diversity recruitment experience, this program blends research, practical exercises, and real-world examples to help schools recognize and reduce bias in screening and selection. Participants will engage in guided resume review exercises and gain actionable tools to create more equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
